What's Happening This Year?

"Beginning Ranch Roping" Clinic- Inexperienced ropers welcome. Come learn the vaquero traditions of the long rope and quiet, humane cattle work. Inexperienced ropers, folks who want to learn how to get their horses started on roping or those folks with experience roping who want to learn how to throw lots of different fancy loops with the long rope are welcome. Come learn the vaquero traditions of the reata style of roping and quiet, humane cattle working. Train yourself and learn how to train your horse to do authentic cow work. There will not be live cattle at this clinic as it is an introduction to ranch roping and we'll have plenty to do for about six hours without them. Stay tuned for dates this season.
"Intermediate Ranch Roping Clinic" with Bob Sagely

Designed to build on the skills learned in the "Beginning Ranch Roping" Clinic. We will heel rope live cattle using breakaway hondas and those that are ready will head rope and track cattle with the breakaway. Must have completed the beginner clinic or get express permission from Bob due to previous roping experience.

Stay tuned for dates this season.
