SAGE SADDLERY

Maker of Custom Horseman's Gear
"For a saddle your great-grandkids will still be riding"

This one was sent to a fella in California. This is a 15 1/2" smooth-finish seat with l 1/4" Cheyenne roll. The jockeys and fenders feature a Greek meander border stamp with double bead outline and corner floral accents. The stirrups are 4 1/2 " tread Morans. All hardware is brass or bronze. The six saddle string conchas are brass, 7/8 flat plate front cincha, flank cincha dees and the hobble rings on the flank billets (each side) are bronze from Idaho Foundry. The brass breast collar dees are riveted into the full wrap-around drop-style leather rigging plate. Oregon style rope strap and stirrup hobbles have flat oval brass buckles. Full cut fenders will keep the horse sweat off the cuffs of your jeans. Fenders are backed to keep from soaking up that horse sweat and the fleece is genuine 100% sheepskin. Off-side fold-over billet, latigo and front cinch were included. A real working class rig with some nice subtle artistic touches. Matching martingale, headstall and figure-8 leather hobble set available when ordered. Call or email today to find out current cost to have one made for you.
