 This is for my labor of putting together a plain saddle with no extras and no stamping or carving, special silver or such. It does not include a tree, which you can choose as high grade or premium grade (prices vary) or leather as the price is changing rapidly and regularly. See the rest of this form for add-ons and includes.

*Once a deposit of 50% has been accepted by me and a tree has been ordered the customer is responsible for purchase of the saddle at the agreed upon commissioned price upon its completion. Should the customer not be able to completely pay the balance, which must be done prior to shipping, I have the right to sell the saddle. If I can sell it for the original, custom order commissioned price that the original customer agreed to I will refund the deposit to the original customer who ordered the saddle. However, I reserve the right to sell the saddle for whatever price I can as it is a custom order that would be sold as simply a handmade saddle. Should the saddle be sold for less than the commissioned price I will deduct from the deposit any difference between the original, agreed upon custom order commissioned price and the actual sale price of the saddle.
